2.1 Course Purchases (Rethwrit Study)

If you purchased a course but are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 10% of the course content.

No refunds will be issued for courses that include downloadable resources, certifications, or personalized mentorship.

2.2 Mentorship Sessions (Rethwrit Mentors)

If a mentorship session is canceled by the mentor, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

If you cancel a mentorship session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
2.3 Digital Services (Rethwrit Doubt & Other Services)

AI-powered doubt-solving services are non-refundable.

If you purchase a manual doubt-solving session and the expert fails to provide a satisfactory response, you may request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the response.
2.4 Physical Products (Rethwrit Shop)

Products purchased from Rethwrit Shop, such as books and merchandise, can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customers must provide proof of damage (such as photos) and initiate a return request via support@rethwrit-d6c8a4ahbsc4cbe5.southindia-01.azurewebsites.net.

Once the return is approved, a replacement will be issued or a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
